Loading Dock Levelers
PIT STYLE LOADING DOCK LEVELERS
Pit style loading dock levelers, installed in your loading dock bays, are a great way to increase safety, by allowing for a smooth surface for cross-docking traffic. They also help reduce bumps and bouncing that can occur and cause injury to your forklift drivers and/or damage to your product and equipment.
These types of dock levelers are used when you have a wide variance in trailers heights and are available in various sizes and capacities to meet your specific needs.
VERTICAL STYLE LOADING DOCK LEVELERS
Vertical style loading dock levelers, are an ideal solution when your operations require a high level of cleanliness or climate control. Truck trailers will usually back up to the dock first before the dock door is opened, allowing for a complete seal between the trailer and the building interior.
EDGE OF DOCK LEVELERS
Edge of dock levelers are a lower cost alternative to dock levelers, and are well suited when there is little variance in trailer heights.
